General Policy
- 7-Day Policy: Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return, refund, or exchange.
- Store Credit Only: Refunds are issued as store credit, except in rare cases of repeated size exchange issues (details below).

Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure fair processing, customers must provide a clear 360° unboxing video:
- Show the entire sealed package from all angles to confirm no tampering.
- Begin recording before receiving the package if it appears damaged.
- Open the package on video and inspect the items thoroughly for damage.
Note: Returns or exchanges without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Damaged Parcels
- If you receive a damaged package, start recording immediately before receiving it from the courier.
- Contact us with the video for assistance.
Return & Exchange Process
- If your return or exchange is approved, you may need to ship the parcel to our warehouse if pickup service is unavailable.
- Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and the store credit or exchange amount will be processed within 24-72 business hours.
Important:
- Customers are advised to track their return shipments. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- Refunds are only processed after the returned parcel is received at our warehouse.
Size Exchange Policy
- If a customer selects the wrong size multiple times (e.g., orders 3XL and it does not fit), they may request a refund to their bank, GPay, PhonePe, or other UPI accounts.
- INR 220 Deduction: A handling and shipping fee of INR 220 will be charged for repeated size exchanges.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to check the size chart before placing an order.
Legal Compliance
- We strictly adhere to this policy.
- If a customer threatens legal action or files a consumer court complaint, we are prepared to address the matter within the scope of our policy.
- Any baseless legal notice or demand for compensation will result in counteraction, with claims for double the disputed amount.
